Freedom City

A detailed superhero setting for the Mutants & Masterminds roleplaying game, centered on a fully realized metropolis with a long comic-book history. It includes maps, neighborhoods, government, public services, notable residents, and numerous locations designed to support adventures. Players can base their heroes in the city, join established groups such as the Freedom League, or create new teams while confronting supervillain teams and nearly one hundred villains. The setting also expands beyond the city to locations including Atlantis, the Moon, distant nations, alien worlds, and interdimensional realms.
