Set in Pueblo Gris, a struggling town on the U.S.–Mexico border, the game explores economic decline, rising crime, and worsening international relations. Players represent people and interests on both sides of the border, navigating desperate communities, fading legitimate markets, and the illicit opportunities that emerge as the town’s economy shifts from gray to black.
