As part of their struggle against conspirators threatening the region of El Espolón, adventurers travel to Kiro, a city in the Mida Empire. There, they uncover secrets hidden by criminal organizations, take part in Mida politics, and journey to a remote site where the legacy of an ancient empire still endures. This second volume of a campaign is designed for characters of levels 5–7. The alliances and enemies the party chooses influence the campaign’s future.
