This roleplaying supplement explores the vast underground realm beneath Golarion’s Inner Sea, a network of caverns, hidden settlements, and ancient secrets inhabited by sinister subterranean races. It provides maps of major entrances and locations across three deep realms, along with new languages, hazards, random dangers, wandering threats, and monsters including morlocks, seugathis, vemeraks, urdefhans, and serpentfolk.
