Iron Gauntlets Core Rules

A heroic fantasy roleplaying game set in an age of arcane wizards, bold warriors, powerful kings, and dangerous beasts. Characters undertake perilous swords-and-sorcery quests in search of treasure, glory, and survival. The modular system uses pools of ten-sided dice based on ability. Each die meeting the character’s skill level generates a step, while the task’s difficulty determines how many steps are needed for success. The story-driven rules allow characters to attempt actions freely, with experience, concentration, and assistance affecting the outcome. The core edition includes the rules needed to play, along with sample paper miniatures and rendered battle maps.
