Istanbul: Caravan Leader Mini Expansion

This mini-expansion adds a black camel to the Caravansery. The player who takes it becomes the Caravan Leader and keeps that role until another player takes the camel. When the current Caravan Leader visits the Caravansery again, they take two bonus cards without discarding any cards from their hand.
