Karak: Regent

This expansion requires the base game and adds four new hero characters, new cards and tokens, and scenarios that alter the dungeon crawl experience. It introduces an asymmetrical Lord of Karak mode in which one player controls the fallen ruler and his minions while the others control heroes exploring rooms, fighting monsters, collecting loot, and completing objectives. Players resolve combat, use abilities and items, and react to the lord’s special actions as the board state evolves. Components and scenarios shift setup and pacing, allowing play with the new lord role or by augmenting standard cooperative runs.
