This roleplaying supplement presents more than 60 non-player characters for fantasy adventures, including informants, opponents, allies, merchants, innkeepers, bandits, and people in need. Each entry includes an atmospheric description, adventure ideas, and boxed statistics that can be adjusted to the party’s level. Additional material covers culture-specific uses outside the Middle Empire, along with name lists, personal-description details, and soul-animal tables for creating encounters during play.
