A Morrow Project reconnaissance team awakens amid chaos in an area controlled by a ruthless group of soldiers. With no orders or outside assistance, the team must use its limited equipment to challenge a tyranny that has lasted for 150 years. The package provides the maps, background information, and game systems needed to run the scenario, with rules suited to beginning players.
