The card represents the advisor’s effect: while in play, it sets the player’s reputation to a fixed value and enables construction options tied to collective consensus rather than individual popular opinion. The card is a promo advisor that players deploy and discard before scoring. It introduces a temporary reputation override and grants access to structures otherwise restricted by fluctuating public opinion.
