Mean Streets

A tabletop roleplaying game set in the bleak world of 1940s film noir, featuring detectives, femmes fatales, desperate district attorneys, grifters, government agents, and reporters. Players portray protagonists and antagonists as they pursue investigations, chases, mysteries, and criminal schemes using revised genreDiversion rules and two six-sided dice. The game includes fifteen ready-to-use character templates, a full-length scenario, and story ideas for creating additional noir adventures. It also provides printable character sheets and paper dice, and can be combined with compatible systems to add supernatural or diceless elements.
