Adds a new Mars board where players send agents to exploit Martian resources and influence the planet’s development. Introduces two new factions—an industrial corporation and a group of radicals whose objectives oppose the other corporations, with the radicals winning if the city is destroyed. Includes 55 new cards that expand actions, events, and faction options. Requires the base game and the first expansion to play.
