Phase World

A transdimensional city and space port sits at the edge of three galaxies, drawing visitors from neighboring galaxies and other dimensions. The setting supports cosmic adventures involving space exploration, smuggling, bounty hunting, and interstellar conflict. It details the peoples, empires, and technologies of the Three Galaxies, including Techno-Wizard ships, power armor, Phase technology, bots, weapons, and equipment. More than 30 new O.C.C.s and R.C.C.s are included, along with information on Cosmo-Knights, Kreeghor, Prometheans, Naruni, and Splugorth.
