Powers that be: Councilor Remorga

This supplement details Lord Visatto Remorga, a member of a magical medieval city council. It provides his game statistics, background, relationships with other councilors, roleplaying guidance, and associated cronies. A full-color character card is included for display to players, with reference notes for the GM on the reverse. The supplement also contains a map of the palace grounds and first floor, along with descriptions of the grounds and part of the building.
