This supplement explores the spiritual forces of Rokugan and the shugenja who commune with elemental spirits. It includes a catalog of nemuranai, combining revised items from earlier editions with new creations, along with rules for making nemuranai. More than 150 new spells expand the options available to spellcasters. The book also details the shugenja traditions of the major clans, minor clans, and ronin, and introduces new Shugenja Paths.
