Railways of Portugal: Kickstarter Promo Pack

A small promo pack that expands the event deck used in the base game. It adds new event and start cards that alter income, operations and network growth. Contents include government subsidy cards, a start share for the state treasury, and event cards for operations growth, boomtown development, express services and civil engineers, which introduce additional strategic options during the game.
