Rising Generals

This rules supplement expands old-school fantasy adventures into domain-level warfare, covering conflicts between rising barons, invading armies, and hostile chieftains. It provides streamlined systems for mass combat, including unit statistics, morale, and formations, along with rules for sieges, starvation, engineering, and siege engines. Naval engagements support ship positioning, boarding, and ramming, while logistics rules track finances, recruitment, supply lines, and communication. Optional rules add war upkeep, pillaging, war crimes, and other consequences of conquest.
