Rooms & Encounters: The Crypt of the Plague-Bearers

A dungeon encounter set in a vaulted crypt beneath a sprawling underground complex. The chamber contains ten rune-covered stone sarcophagi and a towering vulture-like statue with vast wings and obsidian talons. This single-room scenario presents an exploration site for adventurers to investigate, with traps, monsters, and other dangers suited to a larger dungeon setting. It can be used as part of a broader dungeon environment or adapted to an existing campaign.
