Roots of Evil

The Grand Conjunction has allowed the lords of Ravenloft and other monsters to escape the Mists into the Prime Material Plane. While Azalin the Lich and Strahd von Zarovich contend for power, the player characters must confront the consequences of their past actions as Azalin’s unwitting pawns. As the culmination of a six-part adventure series, this scenario sends the adventurers on a quest to stop the spreading threat, recapture the escaped lords, and prevent catastrophe across the universe.
