Ruling Three

The adventure resumes as the characters return to Arbil, where increasingly frequent raids by tribal orcs threaten the city. They investigate the cause of the attacks while traveling along the untamed coastlines of Tion and across the ocean controlled by the Maquoran Fleet, uncovering dangers from both above and below the waves. The supplement also includes information on the lizardfolk, new psionic monsters, and the coastlines of the Protectorate.
