Seasons: Path of Destiny

Players take the roles of rival sorcerers vying for influence in the Forest of Argos, pursuing destiny through new powers and tactical choices. The expansion adds 20 double-sided Power cards that introduce effects such as blocking another player’s familiar, rerolling an unchosen die, and paying crystals to reuse a just-played card. It also introduces the Die of Destiny: once per round a player may roll it instead of taking a seasons die to gain destiny tokens; the die’s bonuses are milder, but the player who collects the most destiny tokens scores a large prestige bonus at game end. This set integrates with the base game to increase variability and offer new strategic options.
