Situational Qualities

A rules supplement for Icons Superpowered Roleplaying that expands the use of qualities in play. It covers temporary and limited qualities, as well as qualities tied to locations, situations, time, and character status. Examples include effects that arise from injuries or a character’s mental and emotional condition.
