Star Saga: The Terror in the Deep

A squad of mercenaries is hired to investigate mysterious alien activity beneath an oceanic biosphere at the edge of corporate space. The scenario frames a campaign of missions in which players explore underwater environments, confront a new alien faction, and recover samples of advanced technology. One player acts as the Nexus player controlling alien bosses and minions; the other players control mercenary characters. Play proceeds through linked missions with scenario-driven objectives, tactical combat using pre-assembled miniatures, equipment and skill cards, and modular double-sided tiles and counters to represent underwater locales and encounters.
