Tatsu

Tatsu is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 20–30 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Capture spirits and score points by winning tricks with cards from hand. Players take turns playing cards to capture spirit cards, sometimes forcing an opponent to play for them and using fusion cards to try to collect extra captures. Both players use identical decks and must balance when to spend high cards versus pressing luck to snatch multiplier spirits from the opposing clans (red/black and yellow/white). Play supports two-to-four players, either head-to-head or in teams, and the game ends when a player or team reaches 500 points.
