Three advanced setup variants add new starting conditions and market rules for experienced players. One variant grants synergistic starting Technologies and a fixed Decree, creating powerful openings that require careful, efficient action to avoid wasted turns. Another gives a unique Technology and a flexible blessing but limits players to drafting a single Starting card, forcing careful early choices. The third provides balanced, stronger card sets and a less restrictive Card Market to emphasize open strategic play and competition among players.
