The C&S Red Book

A complete medieval fantasy role-playing game based on the original 1977 rules, covering character creation, combat, magic, and other systems for detailed play. Character generation uses random rolls to determine a character’s circumstances, after which players select an occupation. This updated edition preserves much of the original material in a more readable format and emphasizes simulation over story-focused play.
