The Lovecraft Variant

A roleplaying supplement for adapting Monsters! Monsters! or another compatible rules system to a Lovecraftian setting. It provides rules for investigating strange occurrences, uncovering ancient secrets, and handling the effects of unimaginable terrors on characters’ sanity. The 60-plus-page booklet includes new classes, skills, character traits, weapons, monsters, and other tools for mythos-inspired adventures. It also contains a system-agnostic guide to using creatures and gods from the Cthulhu Mythos in roleplaying games. A copy of the Monsters! Monsters! core rules or a compatible system is required.
