The Ruined Empire

This system-neutral campaign setting describes five nations caught between two expanding empires: an industrial power advancing from the east and a republic seeking to spread its ideals from the west. It provides setting material and campaign hooks, with conversion guidance for adapting the setting to different role-playing systems.
