The Two-Headed Serpent

A 1930s pulp campaign in which a team of investigators works for a medical aid organization to confront an ancient, encroaching menace across the globe. Players run episodic adventures that send them from Bolivian temples and New York streets to the jungles of Borneo, Oklahoma dust bowls, Icelandic volcanoes, the Congo, and Calcutta, culminating on a lost continent. Gameplay mixes investigation, action, and confrontation with cults, conspiracies, epidemics, and horrific experiments as characters gather clues, secure artifacts, and attempt to thwart a race of monstrous antagonists. The book provides nine linked scenarios, maps, handouts, and guidance for the referee.
