The Victory System Equipment Manual

A rules supplement for creating, modifying, repairing, and maintaining equipment across any era of play. It covers weapons, armor, shields, clothing, vehicles, buildings, and other items, with guidelines for adding magic, psionics, martial arts, mechanica, and superhuman powers. The supplement also provides rules for designing custom spells, disciplines, maneuvers, devices, abilities, merits, flaws, and skills, along with options for adapting the system to different campaign settings.
