This gothic-themed magical accessory explores societies built around absolute monarchy, despotism, and unquestioning obedience, making it suitable for campaigns featuring tyrannical rulers and oppressive traditions. It adds four inquisitor judgments, including pursuit and murder, along with new Vows of Obedience and Self-Sacrifice.
