A 3.5 psionics sourcebook for players and Dungeon Masters, expanding options for psionic characters, organizations, and campaigns. It introduces the Marksman and Society Mind base classes, alternate versions of the psion, soulknife, and wilder, over 40 feats including the new Mantra type, and ten prestige classes. The book also includes psionic organizations and NPCs, organizational specialty levels, and ten new monsters featuring templates, dragons, and a creature suitable as the focus of an entire campaign.
