Expands the scope of the quick-play WWII naval combat game to include numerous published variants and new elements drawn from period magazine supplements. Adds new orders of battle, scenario options and theatre rules to represent the Mediterranean, French and Russian navies and other regional developments from the referenced volumes. Includes a large unmounted map sheet, counter sheet, three player aids and a rulebook, and integrates with the original game's mechanics to create longer and more varied fleet engagements.
