Players wage a multi-session campaign across the Flamescar Plateau, a region of the Realm of Fire contested for its relics and a supremely destructive weapon. The set provides a 23-region map, reusable map markers and cards to track territory, resources and Glory, plus envelopes to organise each alliance’s deck. A 64-page book explains setting lore and step-by-step campaign procedures: choosing Battleplans, resolving Time of War events, mustering garrisons, trading and negotiating, and applying special rules such as secret objectives and sudden-death conditions. Nine Allegiance Ability sets and 131 campaign cards modify armies, grant resources and determine battle sizes, supporting both skirmish and large-point battles within the campaign framework.
