Warhammer: The Island of Blood

An introductory boxed wargame that recreates a Skaven raid on an Elven fortress island. The set includes two starter armies (Skaven and High Elves), a concise rulebook, scenario booklet, dice and templates needed to play. Players command one of the forces and resolve a series of linked battles across scenarios, moving units, resolving combat and managing unit abilities to capture objectives and control the island. The rules present a compact version of the core system to introduce tabletop army-building and tactical play.
