Witches

A collection of witch-themed feats for characters who draw their magic from otherworldly powers. Options let witches capitalize on fear, strengthen their familiar, gain additional benefits from a patron, and teach familiars spells more quickly. Other feats modify witch spells and hexes, increasing minimum damage, raising hex potency, or making random effects more chaotic.
