Fifth Avenue

Build skyscrapers and shops in 1930s New York City. Players compete to develop lots along Fifth Avenue, using bidding cards to claim locations and place buildings. Skyscrapers score based on the different types of adjacent businesses. A commissioner triggers bidding in districts along its route, while players may declare building stops to score immediately and close a district to further construction. The game ends when the business supply is exhausted or two building stops are declared, followed by final scoring.
