Pompeii

Build a thriving Roman city through careful planning, trading, and resource management as citizens gather materials, produce goods, construct buildings, and train specialists. Activate card abilities and develop an engine to shape the city and pursue personal influence. The game unfolds in two phases: a calm period of growth, followed by the awakening of Vesuvius when a prestigious building is constructed. Players must then negotiate shared offerings to prevent an eruption, balancing individual ambition against the survival of the city. If the volcano erupts, hard-earned goods may be lost and everyone faces the consequences.
