Build the biggest and most efficient hospital while managing a steady stream of incoming patients. Add special rooms and abilities to expand the facility, but watch for contagious patients who can spread infection and force entire wards into quarantine. Acquire and arrange hospital tiles using a price-drafting system: set prices for desired tiles, then risk having other players buy them first. Balance supply, cost, and efficiency as each hospital develops a different layout.
