Ancient Greek city-states and the Persian Empire vie for influence across land and sea in a two-player historical wargame. Players command Greek or Persian forces over five campaigns, recruiting armies and fleets, buying cards, and resolving events that affect movement and combat. Cards drive the game: they can trigger events, move units, or bolster battles, and the sequence of played events shapes each playthrough. Victory is determined by control of cities after the expeditions. Rules are concise and playtime is brief, while multiple strategic options and card interactions create tactical depth.
