Players start with a single tile and a destination and build a branching dungeon by laying tiles as they explore. The game mixes tile placement, deck-driven events, and tactical combat: draw from Event, Battle, and Challenge decks to spawn enemies, traps, NPCs, and unexpected twists while a dynamic marching order governs turns and enemy activations. Characters level up between runs, unlocking new abilities or customizing traits and attack combos; enemies can also evolve and retain grudges against heroes. Play supports solo or cooperative sessions for up to five players, either as standalone dungeon dives or linked campaign scenarios, with a tutorial-driven rulebook for quick setup.
