City of the Great Machine: On the Verge

Adds long-lasting City Events that intensify the endgame conflict between the Heroes and the Great Machine. Each event sets special conditions for both sides, creating shifting priorities and increased tension. The expansion includes four event cards and accompanying rules, and can be added to games except those using the S&C content.
