A two-player card game where players alternate drawing from a shared deck until someone draws an exploding kitten and loses. The deck contains action cards that let players peek at the draw pile, force the opponent to draw extra cards, shuffle the deck, or otherwise manipulate when explosions occur. Players use those actions to avoid drawing the explosive card and to increase the odds that the opponent will draw it instead. The compact edition is designed specifically for head-to-head play and keeps the same mechanics as the original game in a smaller, travel-friendly package.
