Gloomhaven: Envelope X Reward

A sealed surprise meant to be opened only after a specific in-game trigger is reached. The envelope contains content that alters or extends ongoing campaign elements and should remain unopened until the party has officially unlocked it. Players open the envelope when instructed by campaign progress; its contents typically introduce new scenarios, items, or rules that integrate directly into the current campaign session.
