Night of the Ninja

Players represent rival ninja Houses vying for Honor through secret roles, hidden alliances, and midnight strikes. Each round players draft and secretly choose a Ninja role—options like Spy or Fortune Teller reveal information, while Shinobi or Blind Assassin can eliminate opponents—and then resolve actions to gather intel or attempt assassinations. Team-based scoring means a player can score for their House even after being eliminated, and roles offer trade-offs rather than strict power rankings. Rounds play quickly and scale to large groups, emphasizing bluffing, deduction, and timing as players decide when to gather information or strike.
