Pirates of the High Teas

Players are rival deck-building pirates trying to impress their Captain by assembling the best afternoon tea service. The game uses worker-placement on a ship to claim actions that grant cards, determine turn order and draw power, and build sets of dishes and teas to match for scoring. Players may also take disruptive pirate actions: smash dishes together to create odd but valid combos, fire a cannon to remove available cards, send a monkey to steal from the deck, or dispatch a parrot to sneak a card directly to the Captain for points. After a fixed number of rounds, players count doubloons to determine who wins the Captain’s favor.
