Players rebuild Roman power in the aftermath of a great fire, drafting custom dice to gather resources, construct buildings, and expand influence across provinces. Each player selects a character class with distinct abilities and uses dice drafting, placement, and routing to develop infrastructure, trade, and military strength. Political alliances and divine favors provide special options, while campaigns send armies to conquer distant settlements. Four scoring paths—construction, trade, conquest, and road building—guide different strategic approaches. Supports 1–4 players and emphasizes engine-building through dice selection and spatial planning.
