Sunrise Lane

Players act as construction companies developing a residential neighborhood on a shared grid of plots. On a turn, a player either draws two colored cards (hand limit five) or discards sets of colored cards to place one or more house pieces on a chosen space, building adjacent to an existing structure. Spaces show 1–5 colored dots; discarding cards matching that color lets a player place 1–5 houses and score dots × houses. Multiple placements may be chained if each new build touches the previous one. The game ends when a player has two or fewer houses left, then districts and longest contiguous groups yield additional endgame scoring.
