The Greatest Day: Sword, Juno, and Gold Beaches

A tactical operational wargame covering British and Canadian operations on D-Day and the subsequent week, from the night of June 5 to June 13, 1944. Players command platoon- to company-level units on a hex map where each daytime turn represents two hours and night turns represent eight hours, with hexes scaled to roughly 500 meters. The game uses a revised ruleset with streamlined assault procedures and updated artillery mechanics. Players maneuver, attack, and manage combined-arms effects across scenarios that recreate actions on the Sword, Juno, and Gold beach sectors and their immediate hinterlands.
