Promo city tile themed on Kyiv, printed with two sides that alter research level and AA gun interactions. The blue side sets research at 4 and grants: when a gray die is placed in an AA gun room, increase one unplaced worker die by 1. The red side sets research at 5 and grants: when a gray die is placed in an AA gun room, increase one other worker die (placed or unplaced) by 1. Originally distributed as a promotional insert in Spielbox Issue #1 (2023) and at GenCon 2022.
